Zemi Beach is a $97 million, 129 room boutique hotel and residential community located along the beach in Shoal Bay on the island of Anguilla, British West Indies. Selene Energy is managing the finance, design, construction, and operations of a 1,039,500-watt ground mounted PPA solar system at the property with 1 megawatt of on-site battery storage.  The project was completed in the summer of 2024.
