Calare Chelsea

Calare Properties, is a real estate operator and developer focused on acquiring and managing warehouse, manufacturing, research and flex/office assets primarily in the Northeast. They contracted with Plankton energy and Ocean Gate Renewables to build and operate a community solar system on a prime industrial flex facility they own. The total system size was 346 kilowatts per year. Plankton partnered with Ocean Gate Renewables on to own and operate this project. Completion fall of 2026.
