Ventas, As the worlds second largest owner on senior housing, contracted with Plankton energy and Ocean Gate Renewables to build and operate 5 systems on facilities, they own in Massachusetts (Watertown, Agawam, Lenox, East Long Meadow, and Falmouth) The project was part of the MA Smart program with additional PPA payments on the projects. The total system size was 1.029 kilowatts per year. Plankton partnered with Ocean Gate Renewables on this project.
