The Sheldon is a $35 million, LEED-certified, Transit Orientated Development comprised of 92 market-rate rental units in the heart of the downtown area of the Village of Suffern. Selene Energy managed the finance, design, construction, and operations of a 86,400 watt rooftop solar system at The Sheldon. The system consists of 216 JA Solar modules on a Ecofoot racking system with two SolarEdge inverters.
