The Wheeling Town Center

The Wheeling Town Center is a $110 million, community-planned mixed-use development in the Village of Wheeling Illinois. This Transit Orientated Development includes a LEED-certified, five-story apartment building with over 300 luxury rental units. The Town Center incorporates the residential apartment building with 100,000 square feet of retail space revolving around an open-air Village Green. Selene Energy managed the finance, design, construction, and operations of a 500,800-watt rooftop solar system at the Town Center.  The system consists of 1,252 400-watt JA Solar modules on an Ecofoot racking system with seven SMA inverters.
